For those of you who don’t know, Artie Lange is one of the funniest, most inappropriate human beings on the planet. If he thinks it will get a laugh, he will say it. That’s what makes him one the highest paid stand-up comedians on the circuit and one of the best storytellers you’ll ever have the pleasure to hear. On his regular stint on the Howard Stern show, you get a taste of what his childhood was (and adulthood is) like, but because of time constraints you sense you never really get the whole story. Working with Anthony Bozza, Artie has committed his stories to paper and is set to release them in a book titled Too Fat to Fish. The title comes from a plea from his mother when Artie told her he was going fishing. The book is set for a November release. I for one can’t wait.
