The Takers cover for the audiobook version

Wow!  I really, really, really took a hiatus this time.  It has been ages since I posted.  I have no idea if that impacted your lives in a negative way or positive way, so either forgive me or thank me at your discretion.

I am back with news.  The audiobook version of The Takers is done and done.  It’s available for sale via Auidible at the moment, but I believe in the following days it will be available on iTunes as well.  I’ll keep you updated on the various channels when everything is setup.  You can currently find it by going to The Takers detail page on Amazon.

I want to thank my narrator John Anthony Davis.  I was a bit persnickety about voices and good old Southern drawls and blah, blah, blah.  He graciously delivered a top quality audiobook I am proud to be associated with.

Here’s JAD’s bio:

John Anthony Davis had a love of all things creative from a very early age. At the behest of his third grade teacher, John’s Parents allowed him to let his imagination sore. John’s creative outlet led him to music were he has written over 123 songs and recorded 3 CD’s. After winning the ‘Best New Artist’ Award in L.A. at the BMA’s, John set his sights on something different. Being a writer was in his blood and his first book ‘Legion’ was Published in 2007. John was part of the duo ‘Purpose’ which not only received the BMA but was also the first band in the history of Toledo, OH to receive a ‘Proclamation Letter’ from the Mayor, an honor that he would received twice. John then got back in touch with JD Hart and started to work on a project together, and named that project ‘Social Path’. The series is now seen in over 78 Countries and is an enormous hit.

I’ll be back soon… promise!  I’ll dish on my ACX experience which (spoiler alert) has been exceptional.
