And it is done! Over goal by 15 words. The entire book right now is over 62,000 words and there’s more to write, not to mention rewrite, but my stated purpose of participating in NaNoWriMo was to force myself to crank out a massive portion of the Fire and Forget book, so I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I see it, although my brain may actually be on fire, and I’m really just seeing the flames dance around in my head. Either way, NaNoWriMo was a success as far as I’m concerned.
Hello! We are down to one more day with only 2,117 words to go. Are you kidding me? Not to sound cocky, but I got this.
I’m bushed, but with only two days left, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I only have 4,319 words until I hit the goal. I could do that in my sleep, which I just might do.
I may or may not write tomorrow. I’ll see how sleepy I am after stuffing myself with turkey and pie.
We broke 40k! Yay! Celebrations are always better when they rhyme.
Cut my daily word count to 2,000. Went over by two. Victory!
We are 75% to goal. ALMOST THERE!
I can’t write tomorrow, but I’ll pick up where I left off on Sunday, adding another 2400 words. We will be in the home stretch by then with seven days left.
Today was tough. I increased my word count by 800 words because I won’t be able to write on Saturday. I’m trying to give my self a cushion going into the final push. Speaking of which, there are only 10 days left of this beautiful madness! So, far I’m loving NaNoWriMo.
We’ve passed the 30,000 word mark.
