I’m getting used to these late nights. Still on track. Hit daily goal of 3333 words. Also broke the 50,000 word barrier. This time last week I was sitting at 34, 246 words, and when I started the new interval writing system on December 2 I had 18,010 words written on Book Five. Not too bad for me.
Another 3333 words today. Loving this new writing routine.
Well, I fell short of my daily goal today. Only got in about 600 words out of 2700, but I’m giving myself a break because of yesterday’s word-a-thon. I will have 60,000 words by December 16 even if it takes me into the early morning hours of December 17 to do it. Does that make sense? I’m so tired I can’t tell.
I’m really stretching it by calling this December 9 as it is 2:25 in the A.M. on December 10, but it is what it is or isn’t in this case. All in all, I cranked out about 6000 words today, 2700 of which were for Book Five of the Oz Chronicles. Time and words marches on.
This one is fun. I’m really enjoying msyelf. Hit my goal of 2700 words on the dot tonight/this morning.
Okay, technically it’s the early morning hours of December 4, but in my defense, there was a lot of football on today. Went a little over my target of 2700 words.
As promised here is my evening word count. I managed to crank out a little over 2700 words today.
Originally, I had a targeted word count of 65,000 words, but I amended it to 60,000 shortly after. Turns out, I should have stuck with the original estimate. On pace to pass 65,000 words today and complete the book.
Okay, to keep me honest, I’m going to post a word count every Monday for Book 4 of the Oz Chronicles, Land of the Dead. If you think I’m slacking, let me know in the comments. I can take it.
